How much will your cards cost, and how many will you waste?
Enter how many cards you need and how many months they will last you. The calculator picks the smallest published box that covers it, gives the price per card, and shows what is lost if your number or title changes halfway through. It uses the standard card's tiers and runs in your browser.
The cost nobody lists: reprints when your details change
A printed card is right until something on it changes: a new number, a promotion, a new office, a new email. Then the rest of the box is wrong, and you pay for a new one. The bigger the box you bought to get a lower price per card, the more you throw away.
Two other costs sit outside the box price. Design: a printer's design service or a designer's fee if you don't use a template. Speed: faster delivery costs more where it is offered; Vistaprint India, for example, offers same-day delivery on select PIN codes in Mumbai and Kolkata [source].

Where an NFC card fits, and where paper is simply cheaper
If you hand out a few cards a month and your details rarely change, a box of 100 printed cards at ₹200 is the cheaper answer, and we would say so. An NFC card makes sense when you meet many people, your details change, or you want the card to open a page that takes bookings, enquiries and payments.
Printed cards win when
- you give out under a box a year
- your number, role and address are settled
- all the card needs to do is carry a name and a number
An NFC card wins when
- you meet people every week, or at events
- your details change and you are tired of reprints
- you want people to book, pay or review from the card

Is a printed visiting card cheaper than an NFC card?
For one person who hands out a few cards a month, yes: a box of 100 printed cards costs less than any NFC card. A Beeps card is ₹1,699 once with a plan from ₹199 a year. The NFC card pays off when you meet many people, your details change, or you want the page behind it to take bookings and payments.
What paper thickness is best for a visiting card?
Heavier cards feel more solid. Several of the finishes on Vistaprint India's list are printed on 350 gsm stock, and its non-tearable card is 260 gsm PET. Match the finish to how often you hand cards out: a premium finish on a card you give to five people a month is money well spent; on a stall giving out hundreds, less so.
