Beeps Card vs HiHello - a contact app and a business profile are not the same product
We are Beeps Venture Technologies LLP, so read this knowing who wrote it. HiHello is a well-made digital business card app with a genuinely free tier, and it does not sell NFC cards at all. We sell a printed card and a hosted business profile. Those are different products at different prices, and for a good number of people HiHello is the right one - this page tries to say clearly which people.

You only need to exchange contact details
HiHello has a genuinely free tier for one person. If what you want is a good-looking digital card that shares your name, role and links, you can have that for nothing, and no amount of our marketing changes that arithmetic.
You want the cheapest possible tap
HiHello does not sell cards. It supports writing your profile to a blank NFC tag you buy yourself, and says openly that it would rather not mark those up. A free plan plus a tag off a marketplace is the cheapest working setup in this whole category.
Your work is mostly outside India
USD pricing, US-centric support hours and a product built around North American contact-management habits all stop being drawbacks if that is where your clients are.
When Beeps Card is the better buy
The line between the two products is not quality. It is whether you are introducing yourself or selling something.
You are selling something, not just introducing yourself
The moment you want a customer to see prices, place an enquiry, book a slot or pay you, a contact-exchange app is the wrong shape of tool. That is the whole reason our profile carries a catalogue and UPI.
You want to pay in rupees with a GST invoice
₹199/year is billed in INR by a registered Indian LLP. A dollar subscription is a different administrative object for an Indian business, before you even compare the numbers.
You want the card itself made for you
Printed premium PVC with your name and QR on it, shipped free, at ₹1,699 once. Sourcing and encoding a blank tag yourself is cheaper and looks it.
The single question that decides it: after someone taps your card, do they need to know who you are, or do they need to do something - see a price, book a slot, pay you? The first is a contact card. The second is a business profile.

Is HiHello cheaper than Beeps Card?
It depends entirely on what you need, and for the simplest case HiHello is cheaper - it has a free tier for one user and we do not. Where it inverts is the paid tiers: HiHello's Professional plan is published at $6/month or $72 billed yearly, against ₹199/year for our Basic profile or ₹299/year for Pro. Those are very different numbers for an Indian buyer. Figures are HiHello's own published prices as of 31 August 2026; check their site before deciding, because pricing moves.
Does HiHello sell an NFC card?
No. HiHello supports NFC by letting you write your digital card to an NFC tag you buy separately, and has said publicly that it prefers not to mark up tags that are cheap elsewhere. That is a reasonable position and it means the comparison is not card-against-card: it is a card-and-profile product against an app that works with any tag you supply.
Can HiHello take a payment or show a product catalogue?
Neither is advertised on HiHello's pricing page as of 31 August 2026, so we are not going to assert what it does or does not do beyond that - ask them directly if it matters to you. What we can say is what ours does: products with prices and an enquiry form on Basic, and UPI collection on Pro at ₹299/year.
I already use HiHello. Can I switch?
Yes, and it is straightforward because nothing is locked to the card. Build your Beeps profile, then either order a card pointed at it or write the new link to the NFC tag you already own. Nothing migrates automatically - you will rebuild your content once, which for a contact-only card takes a few minutes.
Which should a solo professional in India pick?
If you hand out cards to introduce yourself and nothing more, HiHello's free tier plus a cheap tag is the better value and we would rather tell you that. If people you meet need to see what you sell, book you, or pay you, that is the job our profile is built for, and ₹199/year is what it costs.
