NFC & Digital Business Cards in Delhi NCR — built for the country's busiest exhibition circuit

No other Indian region hosts as many trade fairs as the NCR. Bharat Mandapam at Pragati Maidan and the India Expo Mart at Greater Noida between them run the exhibition calendar for half the country's industries — and every one of those events ends with visitors carrying a bag of paper they will empty without reading.

Why this city in particular

The region where the most business cards are printed and the fewest are read

An exhibition is the only setting where a professional collects fifty cards in a day, and it is also the setting where the fewest of them lead anywhere. The visitor takes your card to be polite, drops it in a tote bag with forty others, and by the time they reach home the bag is a single undifferentiated mass with no memory of which conversation was worth having.

That is a distribution problem, not a design problem, and printing a nicer card does not solve it. What changes the outcome is the exchange landing on the visitor's phone at the stall, where they can act on it immediately — send a message, submit an enquiry, save the contact — instead of intending to act on it later.

The commercial geography

Where the NCR actually does business

Pragati Maidan and India Expo Mart — the exhibition spine of the region, and the single strongest argument for a card that captures rather than one that is collected.

Gurgaon Cyber City and Golf Course Road — multinational offices and consultancies, where a meeting passes through several people before it becomes a decision.

Noida Sectors 62, 63 and 132 — IT services, BPO and a growing media cluster, where teams are large and cards get reprinted often.

Connaught Place, Nehru Place and Okhla — the old CBD, the IT trade market and the industrial estates, three completely different selling motions inside one city.

Bharat Mandapam events

The country's flagship trade shows, where a visitor's attention lasts about as long as your stall front.

India Expo Mart, Greater Noida

Multi-day international fairs where buyers arrive with a schedule and leave with a bag.

Gurgaon corporate offices

Multinational procurement, where whoever you meet has to relay your pitch to someone else.

Nehru Place and Okhla

Trade and manufacturing counters where a catalogue and a price list decide the order.

Where it gets used

Six places a tap works across the NCR

Stalls at Pragati Maidan

A visitor who taps your stand has your catalogue on their phone before they reach the next aisle, which is roughly where a paper card stops existing.

Multi-day fairs at Greater Noida

International buyers walk the halls for three days. The exhibitors they contact afterwards are the ones whose details survived on a device rather than in a bag.

Gurgaon office meetings

The manager you meet has to sell your proposal internally. Give them a profile with a brochure and a spec sheet, not a card with a job title.

Noida campus reception desks

Cold calls in Sector 62 usually end with a receptionist and a card that goes in a tray. A profile with an enquiry form gives the actual decision-maker a route back to you.

Nehru Place counter trade

Buyers comparing prices across a dozen shops in an afternoon can carry your full range on their phone instead of your shop name on a slip.

Site visits around Dwarka and Noida Extension

Property agents can put floor plans, pricing and a location pin on a buyer's phone while standing in the unit.

The honest bit about the NCR

Hindi is a first language for our support here, not a supported extra — which across Delhi, Gurgaon and Noida covers most conversations you would want to have with a vendor. We also support English and Malayalam.

The region is our furthest regular shipping route from Kochi, and we would rather set that expectation than imply next-day delivery we cannot offer. Your profile, though, is live from the moment you sign up, so nothing about your ability to share details waits on the courier.

Getting cards across Delhi, Gurgaon and Noida

Cards are printed to order in Kochi and couriered free to any NCR address, typically within about a week. If you are ordering for a specific exhibition date, order with room to spare — and use the link and QR in the meantime, which work immediately.

A worked example

Three days at Bharat Mandapam, and what survives them

An exporter on a stand at Pragati Maidan, and where the leads actually go.

Day 1, 11am

A buyer stops at the stand

They are walking a hall with two hundred exhibitors and a schedule. You have their attention for about as long as it takes them to decide whether to keep walking.

Day 1, 11.02am

They tap rather than take a card

Your catalogue and specification sheet are now on their phone. Critically, so is an enquiry form they can fill in while standing there.

Day 3, evening

The tote bag gets emptied

This is the moment paper stops existing. Forty cards go into a bin in a hotel room because none of them means anything three days after the conversation.

The following week

You can see which day worked

Analytics on Pro show when the profile was opened and how often. When the exhibition budget comes up for renewal you have something better than a guess.

Worth settling first

Before you order for an NCR event

The NCR is our longest regular shipping route, and exhibition dates do not move. Plan accordingly.

  • Order at least two weeks before an exhibition date. Cards are printed to order in Kochi and couriered - this is not a route to leave until the last week.
  • Give each person on the stand their own profile rather than sharing one. Per-profile analytics are the only way to tell which conversations went anywhere.
  • Put the catalogue and specification PDF on the profile before the event, not after. A buyer who taps on day one will not come back on day three.
  • Use the QR as well as the tap. Halls are crowded, phones are held one-handed, and a QR on the stand backdrop reaches people who never get close enough to tap.
  • Support runs in Hindi as a first language here, alongside English. Punjabi and Urdu are not supported.

FAQ

Delhi NCR questions, answered

We exhibit at Pragati Maidan. How does this help at a stall?

It changes where the exchange lands. A visitor who taps your card has your catalogue, enquiry form and WhatsApp on their own phone at the stall, and can act while they are still interested. A paper card requires them to remember you after they have collected forty more, which is the step that almost never happens.

Can we order enough cards for a full exhibition team?

Yes. The Enterprise plan covers 20 profiles at ₹5,000 a year on one GST invoice, and cards are ₹1,699 each. Order well before the event date — we are shipping from Kochi and the NCR is our longest regular route.

Can we see which event produced leads?

On the Pro plan, yes — it reports views and clicks per profile. If each rep on a stand carries their own profile, you can compare a Bharat Mandapam week against a Greater Noida one on something more solid than how many cards were taken.

Is support available in Hindi?

Yes, as a first language. We also support English and Malayalam. We do not support Punjabi or Urdu, which occasionally comes up in the region.

How long does delivery to Gurgaon or Noida take?

Typically about a week, free, printed to order in Kochi. This is our longest regular shipping route, so plan around exhibition dates rather than ordering the week before one.

Can a card be reassigned if a rep leaves?

Yes — you unlink or reassign the profile from the dashboard and the card stops pointing at the departed employee. For a large NCR sales team with regular turnover, this is usually the feature that decides the purchase.
