Beeps Card vs MeCard: staff identity at scale, or a card that brings back work
Beeps Card gives every person on your team a profile that shows prices, takes bookings and collects UPI payments - twenty of them for ₹5,000 a year, published, no sales call. MeCard is an enterprise identity platform: staff ID cards, visitor passes, parking tags. If your cards exist to bring work back rather than to prove who someone is, this is the one.

Five moments, and they do not all belong to the same product
Two of these go to MeCard outright. That is what happens when you compare an identity platform with a sales profile - each wins the half it was built for.
Issued from the admin dashboard with role-based permissions and the right branch attached - which is what an identity platform is for.
An admin creates a profile on the Enterprise plan. Simpler, and without the HR machinery around it.
A new employee joins and needs a card
Block or retire the card centrally, along with their ID and any passes.
Reassign the profile to the next person. Adequate for a sales team, not a substitute for identity governance.
An employee leaves
The card identifies your employee. Payment is a separate conversation.
They tap Pay via UPI and their payment app opens with your UPI ID already in it.
A customer wants to pay the deposit
The card says who the person is and which company they work for.
Services and prices are on the page, with an enquiry button on each line.
A customer asks what you charge
They call the number on the card.
They pick a slot from the calendar on the profile.
A customer wants to book a site visit
Every line, side by side
MeCard leads on issuing and governing staff identity. Beeps Card leads on everything a card has to do once it is in front of a customer.

Cards that prove who someone is, or cards that bring work back?
Card ₹1,699 once · Profile from ₹199/year · Free delivery across India
Who each one is for
Most people reading this need the tap to do something - show a price, take a booking, take a payment. That is what Beeps Card is built around. MeCard is the better answer to a narrower question, and that is set out underneath.
Beeps Card is built for
Businesses that need the tap to bring back work. Every item below is on a plan you can see priced on our pricing page.
Your card has to generate revenue, not just identify someone
A Pay via UPI button on Pro at ₹299/year, a priced catalogue and an enquiry form on Basic at ₹199/year. An ID card proves who you are; this is built to get a customer to act.
You want to see the price before you talk to sales
Every number is on our pricing page - ₹199, ₹299, ₹5,000 for twenty. For a ten-person agency, waiting on a quote to price a digital card project is the wrong shape of purchase.
You are a small team, not an organisation
One Pro login runs up to five profiles from ₹399/year. There is no minimum, no onboarding call and no seat commitment. Enterprise software has a floor; this does not.
You want the booking taken while you are in the room
A calendar with your own working hours on Basic, so a site visit or a consultation is confirmed before the conversation ends rather than after three messages.
MeCard is built for
Three narrower cases they serve well, in case one of them is yours.
You are issuing identity, not selling
Employee ID cards, visitor passes, membership cards, health and insurance cards, parking tags. If the brief is "every employee needs a verified digital identity", that is an identity project rather than a sales one, and MeCard is built for it.
You need to govern cards centrally
Creating, blocking and retiring thousands of cards, role-based access, branch-level management. Our Enterprise plan manages 20 to 50 profiles from one dashboard; it is not an identity governance system and we would not sell it as one.
You are a large organisation
They publish 50,000+ users and run a quote-and-onboarding process built for that scale. Our Enterprise tiers stop at fifty profiles, so beyond that an identity platform is the better shape of tool.
Ask what the cards are being bought to do. If the answer is “prove who our staff are”, that is an identity project and MeCard is built for it. If it is “bring back more work”, that needs prices, a booking calendar and a payment button on every profile - which is exactly what twenty Beeps profiles give you, at a price you can read without a sales call.
Seen enough? Your profile is live in about ten minutes.

If you are moving a small team across
Most people reading this are a team of five to fifty who found enterprise software heavier than the problem needed.
Set up the first profile properly
Build one profile completely - services, prices, booking hours, UPI ID - before you roll it out. The rest of the team copies a working example rather than guessing at a blank one.
Pick the tier that matches your headcount
Up to five people: Pro multi-profile from ₹399/year. Twenty: Enterprise at ₹5,000/year. Forty or fifty: ₹7,000 or ₹10,000. All published, no quote needed.
Order the cards
₹1,699 each, printed with each person's name and designation, delivered free across India in about a week.
Reassign rather than reprint
When someone leaves, point their profile at the replacement from the admin dashboard. The card in circulation keeps working and starts showing the new person.
Worth knowing: If you also need employee ID cards, visitor passes or anything that has to be verifiable as identity, we do not do that and you should stay with a platform that does. Our reassignment is a convenience feature, not identity governance - do not let it stand in for a proper offboarding process.
MeCard comparison questions
Our staff already have ID cards. Why would we add Beeps Card?
Because an ID card proves who someone is and a Beeps profile brings work back. Every person on your team gets a page that shows your services with prices, takes an enquiry with a file attached, holds a booking calendar and collects UPI payments straight to the company account. Twenty of those cost ₹5,000/year. If your field staff, consultants or sales team meet customers, that is a revenue tool rather than an identity one - and the two are not in competition.
What does it cost, and do we have to talk to sales first?
No call needed - every number is published. ₹199/year for one profile on Basic, ₹299/year on Pro, ₹5,000/year for 20 profiles, ₹7,000 for 40, ₹10,000 for 50, and ₹1,699 once per printed card. MeCard quotes rather than publishes, so comparing the two means an enquiry and a wait. You can price a Beeps rollout in about a minute and start the same afternoon.
Can our team collect payments and take bookings from their cards?
On Beeps Card, yes. Booking calendars and enquiry forms with file attachments are on Basic at ₹199/year; direct UPI collection and the Google review button are on Pro at ₹299/year; the WhatsApp store is on Enterprise at ₹5,000/year for 20 profiles. None of those are listed on MeCard's platform pages, which is consistent with it being built for identity rather than selling.
What happens when an employee leaves?
You reassign their profile to the replacement from the admin dashboard. The card already in circulation keeps working and starts showing the new person, so nothing is reprinted and no contact who tapped it hits a dead link. Worth being straight about the boundary: this is a convenience feature, not identity governance, so if you also need verifiable staff ID or visitor passes, keep a platform that issues those.
Which plan do I need, and what does each one include?
Basic at ₹199/year covers the selling basics: products and services with prices, an enquiry form that accepts file attachments, and an appointment booking calendar. Pro at ₹299/year adds the two that make the most difference - direct UPI collection and a Google review button - plus analytics, custom CSS and JavaScript, SEO settings and a blog, and our branding removed. The WhatsApp store, where a customer picks items and the order lands in your chat, is on Enterprise at ₹5,000/year for 20 profiles. Most single users want Pro. Small teams run two to five profiles on Pro from ₹399/year. The printed card is ₹1,699 once and optional - the profile works with a QR code from day one.
We are a 30-person company. What would we actually buy?
Enterprise at ₹7,000/year covers 40 profiles, so a 30-person team fits with room to grow, plus ₹1,699 per printed card. Every profile carries your prices, a booking calendar, an enquiry form with attachments, UPI collection and the WhatsApp store, all managed centrally and reassignable when someone moves on. That is under ₹200 per person per year for a tool the whole team sells from.
Still deciding?
Most people looking at this page are weighing two or three options at once. These are the ones worth putting next to it.
India's most established card maker, and genuinely cheaper hardware. The question is what opens after the tap.
Strong team admin and a free tier, billed per seat in dollars. Compare the total for an Indian team.
Both cards carry the same kind of chip. The difference is whether hosting is bundled into a higher card price or billed openly every year.

Cards that identify,
or cards that bring back work?
If it is the second, the whole team can start today. Profiles from ₹199/year, 20-seat Enterprise at ₹5,000/year.
