The best NFC business cards in India - compared honestly
Written by Beeps Card, with Beeps Card in the list and labelled. Criteria first, candidates second, no fake lab tests.
The best NFC business card in India depends on what you need: full digital profiles with catalog, UPI and analytics (Beeps Card, from ₹1,699 + ₹199/yr), established printed and metal card ranges (1Card, TapMo), budget chips from ~₹499 (TapSticky and similar), or free apps with no card at all. Judge every card on what opens after the tap and the 3-year total cost - not the sticker price.
Five criteria that actually matter
Learn these before looking at a single brand - they make every comparison, including ours, easy to run.
What opens after the tap
The single biggest differentiator. A bare link, a static contact page, or a full editable profile with catalog, payments and analytics.
Total cost over 3 years
Card + yearly fees + reprint-equivalents. Sticker price alone hides where cheap cards earn back their discount.
Works on every phone you meet
iPhone XS+ without an app, NFC Androids, and a printed QR for the phones that have neither.
You can update it yourself
Edit details from your phone in minutes - no support ticket, no reprint.
Who stands behind it
A registered company with a working support line. Your link has to stay alive for years.

The cost breakdownIndia’s NFC card options, by type
Grouped honestly - including the options that are not cards at all.
Beeps Card
That’s us- Sells from the profile: a product and services catalogue with prices and per-item enquiry buttons, UPI payment collection, appointment booking, and a lead-capture form - so an enquiry, a booking or an advance payment can happen while you are still standing there.
- Designed, not themed: multiple profile templates, custom fonts, your own CSS and JS, Instagram and LinkedIn feeds, embedded content, and the option to remove our branding entirely so the page looks like yours and not like a vendor’s.
- Runs on data: detailed analytics on views, locations and link clicks, plus password protection, SEO settings and a blog module on the profile itself.
- Scales: 20 team profiles under one subscription, WhatsApp store, payment gateway integration and branded card customisation on Enterprise.
1Card
- One of India’s established digital business card brands, with printed and premium card ranges.
- Positions around NFC cards with editable profiles - compare their current plan features and fees directly.
- Check what their page includes at each price tier before comparing with full-profile plans.
TapMo
- Positions itself strongly with corporates and offers metal NFC cards.
- Sold through their site and marketplaces like Amazon.in.
- If a premium metal feel is the priority, worth a quote alongside others.
TapSticky and other budget card makers
- Printed NFC cards in India start around ₹499 from several makers.
- At that price the card is mostly the chip - inspect what page loads after the tap and whether updates are self-serve.
- Genuinely fine if all you share is a name and number.
Marketplace cards (Amazon, Flipkart, IndiaMART)
- Generic NFC cards sold in bulk at the lowest unit prices.
- You typically program and host the destination yourself - comfortable only if you can manage links on your own.
- No vendor keeps your page alive; the link’s future is entirely yours to run.
Free digital card apps (no card at all)
- Several Indian and global apps create a free profile or QR card with basic details.
- Free tiers usually mean their branding on your page, limited features and no physical card.
- A reasonable starting point; most professionals who network in person eventually want the card.
Entry prices and what you get for them
Published entry prices as advertised by each vendor, checked 28 August 2026. Prices and features move often - treat this as the starting point for your own check, not a substitute for it. Where we could not confirm something we have said so rather than guessed.
| Provider | Entry price | Pricing model | What the profile does | Teams |
|---|---|---|---|---|
| Beeps CardUs | ₹1,699 card + ₹199/yr | Card once, profile yearly | Sells and books: catalogue with prices, UPI payments, appointment booking, lead-capture form, gallery, testimonials, detailed analytics, multiple templates, custom fonts and CSS, branding removal | 20 seats, ₹5,000/yr, WhatsApp store, payment gateway |
| TapSticky | ₹499-799 card | One-time, no recurring fee | Profile themes, tap analytics, two-way contact exchange | Check with vendor |
| ProfileTap | ₹499 PVC / ₹899 metal | One-time, 7 years of Pro included | NFC + QR + link sharing, creator profiles, GST invoice | Check with vendor |
| 1Card | From ~₹599 | Check current plans | Editable profile; printed and premium card ranges | Team plans offered |
| TapMo | ₹1,999 PVC / ₹2,499+ metal | Check current plans | Check with vendor | Corporate focus |
| Marketplace / generic cards | From ~₹149 | One-time, you host the page | None - you point the chip wherever you like | Not applicable |
Read the first column and the fourth together. Every card here holds much the same NTAG chip - the chip is a commodity and nobody competes on it. What you are actually choosing between is the page that opens afterwards, and that is where the range is enormous: a themed contact card at one end, a page that takes payments and bookings at the other.
What a Beeps profile does after the tap
This is the whole argument for the price difference, so here it is in full rather than as a marketing adjective. Every line below is a feature on a published plan - compare it item by item against whatever else you are considering.
It sells
Basic, more on ProThe tap ends in a transaction, not a saved contact.
- Product and services catalogue with prices
- An enquiry button on every item
- UPI payment collection on the profile
- Appointment booking with slots
- Lead-capture form that stores enquiries
- PDF catalogue or brochure
- WhatsApp store and payment gateway (Enterprise)
It looks like you
ProThe part most cards get wrong: the page is yours, not a vendor template with your name typed into it.
- Multiple profile templates
- Custom fonts
- Your own CSS and JavaScript
- Remove Beeps branding from the footer
- Profile and cover photo or video
- Instagram and LinkedIn feeds embedded live
- Embed any external page inside your profile
It tells you what worked
ProPaper tells you nothing. This tells you which lead is warm.
- Views over time
- Tap and visit locations
- Which links were clicked, and how often
It gets found and stays yours
Basic, more on ProA profile that search engines can read and you can lock.
- SEO settings on your profile
- Blog posts hosted on your profile
- Google Map location
- Unlimited custom links
- Password protection
- Downloadable QR for print
Run this list against any card you are comparing. Not "do they have analytics", but: can the page take a payment, hold a priced catalogue, book a slot, and be restyled until it stops looking like a template? That is the question the sticker price never answers.
When you should not buy a Beeps Card
We are the publisher of this page, so the useful thing we can offer is not another list of our strengths - it is the four situations where we are the wrong answer and someone else is the right one.
You only ever share a name and a number
Then a ₹499 one-time card genuinely does the job and ours is overpriced for you. The profile features are the entire reason for the difference - if you will not use a catalog, a booking link or an enquiry form, do not pay for them.
You want a guaranteed one-time cost, forever
We charge yearly for hosting and we will not pretend otherwise. If a fixed lifetime cost matters more to you than what the page can do, buy a card that bundles its hosting into the sticker price and accept the simpler page that comes with it.
You want metal, and metal is the point
Ours is premium PVC. If the physical object is doing the impressing - a boardroom prop as much as a link - the metal-card specialists are a better fit and we would rather say so.
You are comfortable running your own link
A generic chip from a marketplace plus a page you host yourself is the cheapest possible route, and it works. It costs you the setup time and the responsibility for keeping that link alive.
The 10-minute test before you pay anyone
Open a live profile from each vendor on your own phone
If a vendor cannot show you a live profile in the first minute, you have learned the most important thing already.
Tap a real card on your phone and a friend’s
One iPhone, one budget Android if you can. Watch what happens - banner, browser, page. Two minutes exposes months of regret.
Ask what changes in year two
What costs recur, what happens if you stop paying, and can you leave with your link? Get answers in writing.
Price your actual usage over 3 years
Cards you hand out monthly, reprints you avoid, features you actually need. Our cost guide has the template.
Message their support with one question
How fast and how usefully they answer pre-sales is exactly how they will answer after you have paid.
Comparison questions
Is this comparison biased since Beeps Card wrote it?
Yes - we are the publisher and we are in the list. That is exactly why the criteria come first, why our entry is labelled, and why the non-Beeps entries describe positioning instead of pretending to lab-test them. Verify every claim, including ours, against each vendor’s live page before paying anyone.
Which is the cheapest NFC business card in India?
Generic marketplace cards and budget printed cards (from roughly ₹499) hold the floor on price. The honest question is cheaper for what - a chip that shares a link, or a card with a hosted profile behind it. Our cost guide breaks down what each rupee buys.
Can I switch providers later without changing my card?
Partly. The chip’s link can be reprogrammed on quality cards (Beeps cards can be repointed from the dashboard), but the profile you built usually lives with the vendor. Ask about export and link portability before you commit years of hosting to anyone - including us.
What is the best NFC card for a team?
Look for central management with individual profiles. Beeps’ Enterprise plan covers 20 team profiles under one subscription at ₹5,000/year with branded card customisation; compare team pricing from the other established makers too.
How often is this page updated?
We re-check the market picture periodically; this update is dated 2026-08-27. Prices and features across vendors change often - treat every number here, including ours, as a starting point to verify.
