What is two-way contact exchange?
A normal digital card only goes one way: you hand over your details and hope they follow up. Two-way exchange asks the visitor for their name, number and email before they save your contact. Those land in your dashboard and export as a spreadsheet, so every introduction leaves you with a record - not just them with one. Included from the Basic plan.
What is an NFC business card?
An NFC business card is a physical card with a tiny chip inside. When someone taps it on their smartphone, your digital contact page opens instantly - no app, no QR scan, no typing.
How much does an NFC visiting card cost in India?
The Beeps NFC card is ₹1,699 (one-time). The digital profile subscription is ₹199/year (Basic) or ₹299/year (Pro). The recommended bundle - Pro plan + NFC card - is ₹1,998 total.
Does Beeps Card work on iPhone and Android?
Yes. Beeps Card works on iPhone XS and later, and on most Android phones with NFC. The person receiving your card does not need any app installed.
What if my phone or my client's phone has no NFC?
You don't need NFC on your own phone to own a card. If your client doesn't have NFC, they can simply scan the custom QR code printed on the card to instantly access your digital profile.
Can I use only the virtual card without ordering an NFC physical card?
Yes, absolutely! You can use all our cloud features without a physical card. Your virtual profile allows you to collect leads, sell products or services, display your business details, and share your profile online via chat or email. You can even download and print your custom QR code on traditional paper cards or marketing materials to connect your offline audience to your digital profile.
What if I change my phone number or company?
Log in to your Beeps dashboard and update your profile. All your cards update instantly - no reprinting, no replacement card needed.
How long does the NFC card last?
The NFC chip has no battery and lasts a lifetime. Your card keeps working as long as your yearly subscription is active.
Can I use one NFC card for my whole team?
Each card is tied to one person's profile. For teams, the Enterprise plan includes 20 virtual cards under a single subscription at ₹5,000/year.
How do I renew my plan?
All Beeps Card plans are billed on a yearly basis. To renew your plan, log in to your dashboard at user.beepscard.com before or on your renewal date and complete the payment online using UPI, debit/credit cards, or net banking. Your digital profile and card remain active without any disruption.
How do I add more virtual cards (vCards) and how much does it cost?
On the Basic plan, one user account can have one virtual card only. On the Pro plan, a single account can create and manage multiple virtual cards: ₹299/year for 1 virtual card, ₹399/year for 2, ₹499/year for 3, ₹599/year for 4, and ₹699/year for 5 virtual cards. If you need larger team volumes, our Enterprise plans offer 20 virtual cards for ₹5,000/year, 40 virtual cards for ₹7,000/year, and 50 virtual cards for ₹10,000/year (all yearly plans).
