NFC & Digital Business Cards in Kochi — printed in the city you are standing in
Beeps is registered at CSEZ in Kakkanad, which makes Kochi the one city where the company you are buying from is a short drive away rather than a courier address. Your card is printed here, your profile is supported here, and if something is wrong you can come and say so in person.
- Tap or QR — no app
- Update without reprinting
- Free delivery

The advantage of buying from a company in your own city
Most of what is sold to Indian professionals online is fulfilled from somewhere else, and the seller's address is a formality you never test. Ours is not. Beeps Venture Technologies LLP is a registered LLP with its office in the Cochin Special Economic Zone at Kakkanad, and Kochi customers are dealing with the same building that prints the cards.
That matters most when something goes wrong — a name misspelled on a print run, a chip that will not read, a profile that needs setting up before a conference on Friday. Everywhere else in India those become courier problems. Here they are a phone call and, if it comes to it, a visit.
Where Kochi actually does business
Infopark, Kakkanad and SmartCity — Kerala's IT and ITES concentration, where introductions happen between sprints and nobody has a card in their laptop bag.
MG Road, Marine Drive and Panampilly Nagar — the consultants, chartered accountants, agencies and clinics whose clients arrive by appointment.
Edappally, Vyttila and Kaloor — retail and showroom traffic, where a QR on the counter reaches people who will never take a card.
Kalamassery, Aluva and the port belt — logistics, marine and industrial firms whose buyers want a catalogue and a specification, not a phone number.
Tech introductions that happen standing up, between meetings, with no card in reach.
Professional practices whose clients decide on credibility before they decide on price.
Exhibitions at Angamaly and around the airport, where paper leaves in the delegate bag.
Counter footfall that converts better through a scan than through a conversation.
Six places a Kochi professional reaches for it
Infopark corridor introductions
You meet someone between buildings at Kakkanad with both hands full. A tap puts your profile on their phone before either of you has found a pen.
Client meetings on MG Road
A consultant or CA meeting a client in the CBD can hand over credentials, service list and a booking link in one motion instead of promising to email them.
Adlux Convention Centre exhibitions
Angamaly draws trade shows where every stall hands out paper. A tap is the one exchange the visitor still has on their phone the following week.
Property sites around Thripunithura
Agents showing plots along the Kakkanad–Thripunithura corridor can put listings, photos and a site map on a buyer's phone while standing on the plot.
Showroom counters at Edappally
A printed QR beside the till lets a walk-in browse your catalogue and save your shop without anyone having to interrupt them.
Field rounds across Greater Kochi
A rep working Kalamassery to Fort Kochi in a day cannot run out of cards, because the profile is reachable by link and QR as well as by tap.
Who in Kochi is already suited to this
Practices around Palarivattom and Kaloor whose patients need a location and a booking link more than a designation.
Beeps for doctors →Agents along the Kakkanad and Thripunithura corridor who show property in person and lose brochures immediately after.
Beeps for real estate →Professional firms on MG Road where the first meeting is really a credibility check.
Beeps for lawyers and consultants →Edappally and Vyttila storefronts that would rather a walk-in left with the catalogue than with nothing.
Beeps for shops →Fort Kochi and Kakkanad creatives whose work cannot be printed onto a visiting card.
Beeps for photographers →Distributors covering Ernakulam district who need the lead captured before the rep drives to the next call.
Beeps for sales teams →What Kochi gets that other cities do not
Support in Malayalam, from people who speak it as a first language rather than as a supported option on a list. For most of our customers elsewhere in India the conversation happens in English or Hindi, and that is fine — but a Kochi business owner explaining a print problem gets to do it in the language they think in.
And the address on our invoices is a real office at CSEZ, Kakkanad, not a registered agent's. If you want to see a card before you order fifty of them, that is a request we can actually meet here.
Delivery inside Kerala
Cards are printed to order in Kochi and shipped free anywhere in India, typically within about a week. Kerala orders are the shortest leg that journey ever has, because they never leave the state.
A Tuesday, from Infopark to a signed engagement
A chartered accountant working out of Kakkanad, and the sequence a tap actually changes.
You meet a founder between buildings
Someone introduces you outside Phase 1. There is no table, both of you are holding coffee, and the conversation has about ninety seconds before their next meeting.
They tap, and the profile opens
Your services, your qualifications and a booking link are on their phone. You have said nothing about fees yet, and you no longer have to.
They forward it to their co-founder
This is the step paper cannot survive. What gets forwarded is your actual page, not a number and a half-remembered description of what you do.
A booking arrives, already qualified
They picked a slot from your calendar and the enquiry form told you the company size and what they need. The first call starts at the second question, not the first.
Before you order in Kochi
Things worth deciding first, some of which only apply because you are in the same city as us.
- Ask to see a card before you commit to a batch. We are at CSEZ in Kakkanad, so this is a real option here and a courier round-trip everywhere else.
- Decide whether you need the card at all yet. The profile and its QR work on their own, and printing that QR on your existing card costs nothing.
- Get your Google Maps pin right before you publish, especially if your registered address and the office clients actually visit are different buildings.
- Choose the language you want the profile written in. Support runs in Malayalam here as a first language, but the page itself is yours to write either way.
- If you are ordering ahead of an exhibition at Adlux or a CIAL-area event, order the week before rather than the day before.
What it costs in Kochi
The same price as everywhere else in India — there is no local premium and no local discount. The card is bought once; the profile is a yearly plan because it is hosted.
Kochi questions, answered
Is Beeps Card actually based in Kochi?
Yes. Beeps Venture Technologies LLP is a registered LLP with its office at CSEZ, Kakkanad, and the cards are printed and dispatched from here. Kochi is the only city where buying from us is a local transaction rather than an online one.
Can I see a sample card before ordering for my team?
In Kochi, yes — that is a genuine advantage of being in the same city, and it is worth doing before a bulk order. Ask through the contact page and we will arrange it. Elsewhere in India we would be couriering you a sample, which takes about as long as the order itself.
Will I get support in Malayalam?
Yes, as a first language rather than as an accommodation. We also support English and Hindi across the rest of India, and we would rather say plainly that we do not support Tamil, Telugu or Bengali than let you find out later.
How long does delivery take within Kerala?
Cards are printed to order and shipped free, typically within about a week nationwide. A Kerala address is the shortest version of that journey, since the card never leaves the state.
Do I need the physical card at all?
No. The hosted profile works on its own from ₹199 a year — you get a link and a printable QR code, which is enough for a shop counter at Edappally or a QR printed on your existing paper card. Add the NFC card when you want people to be able to tap it.
Does it work on the phones my clients actually carry?
iPhone XS and later show a banner when tapped, and most NFC-capable Androids show the link. Neither side installs anything. Every card also carries a printed QR, which covers the budget Android handsets that are common across Kerala and have no NFC at all.
