Do I handle hosting or support?
No — hosting, profile uptime and card re-link/revoke all run on Beeps cloud. You forward level-1 queries; we handle profile/card issues via your dashboard access if you need.
White-label — what is hidden?
On Pro and Enterprise, Beeps footer branding can be removed and you can add custom CSS/JS and fonts, so the profile looks like the client’s brand. Basic shows Beeps branding. Pro ₹299/yr, Enterprise ₹5,000/yr.
How do I price to my customer?
Recommended consumer price: card ₹1,699 + profile ₹199–299/yr. Your partner margin is agreed per volume — ask via the form; bulk Enterprise is best for 10+ staff.

What reselling actually looks like in practice

You agree the sale with your client
You set the price your customer pays and keep the difference. We do not contact them, quote them, or appear in that conversation at all.
You send us the intake sheet
Name, designation, logo and where the card should point. One sheet per person, or a spreadsheet for a team order.
We print, encode and ship
Premium PVC, NFC encoded and QR printed, couriered free anywhere in India. A GST invoice is raised by Beeps Venture Technologies LLP.
Your client edits their own profile
They manage their content from their dashboard. You are not in the support loop for day-to-day changes, which is the part most resellers care about.
The renewal comes round
The profile is a yearly plan, so a client you signed once renews annually. That recurring line is the reason this is worth doing rather than a one-off sale.
Who this works for, and who it does not
Worth reading the second half as carefully as the first.
- It works if you already sell something to the same customer — printing, branding, web design, corporate gifting. The card is an addition to a conversation you are having anyway.
- It works if you want a renewing line rather than a one-off margin. The yearly profile is where this becomes worth the effort.
- It works if you can handle a first-line question. Hosting, uptime and card issues are ours; "how do I change my photo" is faster coming from you.
- It does not work as a standalone business. If you have no existing customer relationships, you are starting a sales operation, not adding a product.
- It does not work if your clients need support in a language we do not cover. We support English, Hindi and Malayalam, and that is the honest limit.
