Google gives every business a review link in its Business Profile, under Read reviews, then Get more reviews. Paste it here to get a print-ready QR code and a request message, on any device. You may ask any customer for a review; you may not offer anything for one, ask only the happy ones, or pressure anyone on your premises. Nothing you paste leaves your browser.

Keep the white border when you print - scanners need it. Test the printed code with two phones before printing a batch.
Where to find your review link
- Open your Business Profile - search for your business name on Google while signed in to the account that manages it, or open the Google Maps app.
- Choose Read reviews, then Get more reviews.
- Copy the link Google shows you and paste it above.
The menu names in step two come from Google's help page on review links, which also notes that Google's own review QR code can only be made in a computer browser. That is the gap this page fills: the same link, turned into a code on whatever device you are holding.
What Google allows when you ask for reviews
Break these and Google can remove the reviews involved, or more. Each one is quoted from Google's own policy.
Google lets businesses encourage reviews that reflect a genuine experience, and its own tips suggest reminding customers to leave one. Send the same request to every customer, not only the ones who smiled.
No discounts, free items or payment in exchange for a review, or for changing or removing one. Google classes that as fake and misleading content.
Google says businesses should not require or pressure people to review while on the premises, ask for specific wording, or discourage negative reviews. Hand the card over and let them decide.

Why not use the QR code Google gives me?
You can, if you are at a computer - Google only generates the review QR code in a desktop browser. This page makes the same code from your link on a phone, gives you a print-quality SVG as well as a PNG, and writes the request message for you.

Can I offer a discount or a freebie for a review?
No. Google does not allow payment, discounts, free goods or services in exchange for a review, or for changing or removing one. Ask everyone, offer nothing, and let people say what they actually think.

Can I hand the card over at the counter?
Yes - asking is allowed. What Google rules out is pressure: requiring someone to leave a review before they go, or asking for particular words. Hand it over, say thank you, and leave the rest to them.

Does the QR code expire?
The code holds your review link and nothing else, so it works for as long as Google keeps that link working. Nothing about it depends on this site.
Is the link I paste sent anywhere?
No. The QR code is made in your browser. Nothing you type leaves your device.
