Google Review NFC Card — without buying a card that only does reviews

Asking for a review out loud asks the customer to remember your name, open Maps, find the right listing and scroll to the review button — usually long after they have left. Add your review link to your Beeps profile instead and a Review button sits on the page your card already opens, while they are still standing in front of you with the phone in their hand. Same card, same tap, same ₹1,699 — the reviews are a feature you switch on, not a second product.

How it works

From your Maps link to a customer's review

01

Paste your Maps link

Copy the review link from your Google Business Profile and paste it into your Beeps dashboard. If you only have the Maps URL, send it to us and we will convert it.

02

The button appears

A Review button shows on your hosted profile straight away. You choose where it sits — most shops and clinics put it at the very top.

03

The customer taps

They hold their phone to your card, or scan the printed QR. Your profile opens in Safari or Chrome with the Review button in front of them.

04

Stars, and everything else

They leave the review in Google, then scroll your catalog, message you on WhatsApp or book a slot — all in the same session, without a second card.

The honest comparison

A review-only card, or a card that also does the rest?

If reviews are the only thing you will ever want a tap to do, a single-purpose review card is cheaper and it works — buy that one. This comparison is for everyone who, sooner or later, also wants the customer to see a price, send a message or pay.

What a review-only NFC card can do compared with a Beeps Card profile
What the tap can doReview-only cardBeeps Card
Opens your Google review pageYesYes
Works on iPhone and Android with no appYesYes
Change the review link without reprintingNoYes
Show products and pricesNoYes
Start a WhatsApp chatNoYes
Capture an enquiry or a bookingNoYes
Take a UPI paymentNoYes
Save your contact to their phoneNoYes

Both kinds of card use the same NFC chip, so neither is technically cleverer than the other. The only thing that differs is what sits at the end of the link — and that is the part you cannot change later on a card built to do one job.

FAQ

Google review questions

How does the Google review tap actually work?

You paste your Google Maps review link into your Beeps dashboard, and a Review button appears on your hosted profile. When a customer taps your card or scans its printed QR, the profile opens in their browser with that button on it — one more tap and they are on your Maps review page, already signed in to Google on their own phone.

Is this a different card from the normal Beeps Card?

No. There is one Beeps Card and one profile. Google reviews are a feature you switch on, not a separate product with a separate price — so you do not have to decide up front whether you want a review card or a business card. It is the same ₹1,699 card either way.

How is this different from a review-only NFC card?

Several vendors in India sell an NFC card that does nothing but open a Google review page. It works, and if collecting reviews is genuinely the only thing you will ever want from a card, it is the cheaper buy — we would rather say that than pretend otherwise. The difference is what happens the day you also want the customer to see your price list, message you on WhatsApp, book a slot or pay you. A review-only card cannot do any of that, and you buy a second card. Your Beeps profile already holds all of it behind the same tap.

Does it work on iPhone without an app?

Yes — iPhone XS and later shows a banner on tap, and most NFC Androids show the link. Neither you nor the customer installs anything. Every card also carries a printed QR code, so a phone without NFC can still reach the profile with its camera.

What if my Google listing or review link changes?

The card points at your hosted profile, not at the Maps URL directly, so you change the review link once in your dashboard and every card you have already handed out is correct from that moment. A static review QR printed on a sticker cannot do this — changing it means reprinting everything.

Can the same tap also show my catalog and take a booking?

Yes, and that is the point of putting reviews on a profile rather than on a single-purpose card. The customer who just left you five stars is already looking at your products, your gallery and your enquiry form. Pro at ₹299/year adds UPI payments and detailed analytics on top.
