We operate the website beepscard.com and the related digital profile platform (user.beepscard.com). When we say "Beeps Card," "we," "our," or "us" in this policy, we mean Beeps Venture Technologies LLP.

2. Information We Collect
2.1 Information You Provide Directly
- Account registration: Name, email address, phone number, and password when you create a Beeps Card account.
- Profile information: Business name, designation, profile photo, cover image or video, address, social media links, UPI ID, services, product listings, testimonials, and any other information you add to your digital profile.
- Order information: Shipping address, card colour preference, name and designation to be printed on your physical NFC card, and payment transaction references.
- Enquiry forms: When visitors use the enquiry form on your public profile page, we collect the information they submit (name, email, message) and relay it to you as the card holder.
- Appointment bookings: Name, contact details, and preferred time slots submitted through the booking feature.
- Communications: Any messages you send us via email, phone, or support channels.
2.2 Information Collected Automatically
- Profile tap analytics: When someone taps your NFC card or scans your QR code, we log the approximate tap location (city/region level), device type, timestamp, and which links were clicked. This data is visible to you on your analytics dashboard and is not shared publicly.
- Website usage data: IP address, browser type, pages visited, referral source, and time spent on the site. This is collected through analytics tools for performance and product improvement purposes.
- Cookies and similar technologies: See Section 5 below.
2.3 Information from Third Parties
If you connect your Instagram account to display your feed on your profile, we receive a read-only access token from Instagram's API. We do not post on your behalf or access your direct messages.
3. How We Use Your Information
We use the information we collect to:
- Create and maintain your Beeps Card account and digital profile.
- Process your NFC card order, fulfil shipment, and provide order status updates.
- Display your public-facing digital profile to people who tap your card.
- Provide the analytics dashboard so you can see how your card is performing.
- Send you transactional emails (order confirmation, shipment tracking, password reset, subscription renewal reminders).
- Respond to your support requests or enquiries.
- Improve the platform, fix bugs, and develop new features based on usage patterns.
- Detect and prevent fraud, abuse, or violations of our Terms of Service.
- Comply with applicable Indian law and legal obligations.
We do not sell your personal information to third parties.
4. Data Sharing
We share your data only in the following limited circumstances:
- Service providers: We work with trusted third-party vendors who help us operate the platform — including cloud hosting providers, payment processors, email delivery services, and SMS/notification providers. These vendors process data only on our instructions and are bound by confidentiality obligations.
- Your public profile: The information you add to your Beeps Card digital profile (name, photo, contact details, links, services, etc.) is publicly accessible to anyone who taps your card or visits your profile URL. You are in full control of what you publish.
- Enquiries relayed to you: Enquiry form submissions from profile visitors are forwarded to you (the card holder) via email or in-dashboard notifications.
- Legal compliance: We may disclose data if required by Indian law, court order, or regulatory authority, or when necessary to protect the rights, safety, or property of Beeps Card or the public.
- Business transfers: If Beeps Venture Technologies LLP is involved in a merger, acquisition, or asset sale, customer data may be transferred as part of that transaction. We will notify you in advance via email.
6. Data Retention
We retain your personal information for as long as your account is active or as needed to provide the service. If you close your account, we will delete or anonymise your data within 90 days, unless we are legally required to retain it longer (e.g., for tax or accounting records, which may be retained for up to 7 years as required by Indian law).
Profile tap analytics are aggregated and retained for 24 months. After that period, only anonymised statistical data is kept.
7. Your Rights
As a user, you have the following rights with respect to your personal data:
- Access: Request a copy of the personal data we hold about you.
- Correction: Update or correct your information — you can do most of this directly within your Beeps Card dashboard.
- Deletion: Request deletion of your account and associated data.
- Data portability: Request an export of your profile data in a machine-readable format.
- Objection: Object to certain uses of your data.
- Withdraw consent: Where processing is based on consent, you may withdraw it at any time.

These rights are offered in line with India's Information Technology Act, 2000 and the Digital Personal Data Protection Act, 2023 (DPDPA).
8. Security
We implement industry-standard security measures to protect your data, including:
- HTTPS encryption on all pages and API calls.
- Hashed and salted passwords — we never store your password in plain text.
- Access controls limiting which team members can access user data.
- Regular security reviews and monitoring.
No online service can guarantee absolute security. If you suspect unauthorised access to your account, change your password immediately and contact us at mail@beepscard.com.
9. Third-Party Services
Your Beeps Card digital profile may contain links to external websites and social media platforms. These third-party services have their own privacy policies, and we are not responsible for their practices.
If you choose to connect Instagram, Google Maps, or other third-party integrations to your profile, those services will handle your data under their own terms.
10. Children's Privacy
Beeps Card is not intended for children under the age of 18. We do not knowingly collect personal data from minors. If you believe a child has submitted data to us, contact us and we will delete it promptly.
11. Changes to This Policy
We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time to reflect changes in our practices or applicable law. We will notify you of significant changes via email or a notice on your dashboard. The "Last updated" date at the top of this page will always reflect the most recent revision.
