What buyers ask first
Can my logo go on the card?
Yes, free, on every plan. Add it when you order the card from your dashboard, and it is printed alongside your name, designation and business name.
When will it arrive?
A card usually arrives 7-10 days after you pay, delivered free anywhere in India. Your profile, its link and its QR code work from the day you set them up, so you can start sharing before the card arrives.
How do I pay?
By UPI or by debit or credit card, in your Beeps dashboard.
What if the other person has no NFC, or an older phone?
The QR code printed on the back of the card opens the same profile from any phone camera. Nobody has to install an app, on either phone.
What if I lose the card?
Order a replacement. It carries the same link and QR code, so it opens the same profile, and every card you have already handed out keeps working.
What happens if I stop paying for the plan?
We email you before the plan runs out. If it lapses, the profile shows a "not found" page, and everything is kept for 12 months: renew in that time and it all comes back exactly as it was. The card itself is never charged again.
Can I change plan later?
Yes. Move up a plan from your dashboard whenever you like; your card, your link and everything on your profile stay the same.
What if the card arrives damaged or does not tap?
Cards are printed with your details, so they are not returnable for change of mind. If one arrives damaged or faulty, tell us within 7 days of delivery and we replace it.
Can I get cards for my team?
Yes. One Pro account holds 2 to 5 profiles from ₹399 a year, and Enterprise covers 20 profiles for ₹5,000 a year. Each person gets their own card, ordered from the same dashboard. For a team price on the cards, see bulk orders.
